- Refunds are only issued if the top-up fails due to a technical error on our part.
- Orders with incorrect game IDs, usernames, server selections, or other user input errors are not eligible for refunds.
- Completed top-ups or successfully delivered products cannot be refunded.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction and must include the Order ID and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Kissland Store reserves the right to approve or reject any request.
